A few tips on body image
Posted at 11:08 on 31 October 2006
· Stop comparing yourself to others.
· Celebrate your body and the marvelous things it can do when you are fit and well-nourished. So often, we take these things for granted.
· Move and enjoy your body. Go walking, swimming, biking, and dancing. Do yoga, aerobics, and weight training…. not because you have to, but because it makes you feel strong and energized.
· Surround yourself with people who have a healthy relationship with food, weight, and their bodies. It will make a difference in how you feel about yourself. Also, remember to set a good example for others by refraining from “fat talk” when you’re with friends and family.
· Stop your negative thoughts and statements about yourself. Focus on what you love about yourself. Compliment yourself. Talk to your body the way you would talk to a good friend.
· Reclaim your own inner strength. Focus on the unique qualities and personality traits that make you a special and successful person.

A dieting observation
Posted at 11:06 on 22 October 2006
|
Vegetarian diets can be healthy because they are often lower in saturated fat and cholesterol and higher in fibre. Choosing a vegetarian diet with a low fat content can be helpful for weight loss. But vegetarians - like non-vegetarians - can also make poor food choices, like eating large amounts of junk foods (nutritionally empty). Sweets, chips, and other high-fat, vegetarian foods should be eaten in small amounts. |

Wonderup
| As someone who would never undergo breast augmentation, I didn't take much persuading to try this breast enhancement natural formula and I have found it well worthwhile to say the least. I first saw a change after about 8 weeks and have progressed gradually since then. I have gone from a very loose B cup to a very full B cup and best of all it's entirely natural!" |

If anyone is looking to try those natural bigger breast pills like the advertised nature's gain and erdic there is an even longer-eastablished herbal formula called Wonderup that seems to be increasingly popular and getting increasingly rave reviews. In Europe it has become the most well known product of it's kind (and without doubt inexpensive in comparison) and is most likely worth a good look. |

Phase 2
Posted at 10:29 on 22 October 2006
Phase 2 prevents this usual digestive sequence from occurring because it has a "neutralising" effect on the alpha amylase enzyme and in effect prevents it from carrying out its normal function of converting starch into sugar calories. Essentially, by blocking the action of alpha amylase, the presence of the slimming pill Phase 2 allows carbohydrate foods to be processed by the digestive system with a sharp reduction in the calorie intake.
